I agree that Open Door is just crap. You can't even go to HR in our store because the HR Manager is so far up our store manager's butt, it's not even funny anymore. You can't say a word to HR about anything at all or within minutes the store manager is calling you into the office to "address" your concerns. Total crap.
Pretty much all of this, @Of9nlbB-wse. I made a mistake once of actually saying something, and I am still paying for it. I really hope this is not the case everywhere, but just be careful anyhow.
