The problem of the company is that the Geoscientist are not delivering. We need smart ( which we already have) and increased executives to turn the tide and fill in for the ineffeiciencies of the technical staff. We need to increase the BoD and train the new technical staff to operate as one lean efficient workforce.

A lot of us have the same question. Disappointing that they chose someone that probably knows nothing about the oil business so will be more apt to drink the ELT koolaid. And bigger disappointment that a change at CEO/ELT level was not also announced yet.👎
Time to lop off. If they add one should jet two out the door with a kick in the a$$. No way is it time to add additional individuals to the BOD! Time to boot the ELT with cause and no severance!
Because the elites in the executive social class don't do things like the little people. Why is their pay so high? Same thing. That's life.
