Just talking points pretending this didn't happen. No reassurances or anything to boost morale. Very disappointing.
There's a dark cloud hanging over this company. I've never felt less in control of my destiny.

Agreed. It's crazy that no internal email goes out to calm fears. My division has had monthly layoffs since last July. It's crazy. Not low-performers, either. High ones, many of whom have even disrupted their lives to take relocation/site strategies, only to be let go w/in a few years. They do not value loyalty at all.
