Anyone knows how long for the announcements of the bottom level employees? Also what is the criteria used this time to distribute the pawns to various teams?
I hope the indian execs and senior vps are not taking this opportunity by playing their game to futher promote lack of diversity and expand their kingdom by placing their own incompetent people in key positions.
frankly speaking , they have taken the oppurtunity m by jsut sacking good employees , the mumbai branch has a useless CIO and Hr team who is dysfunctional , the Tech team out there is useless with inefficient staff
more room for cuts at upper levels - B4 and above
That has happened already - nepotism rules in the land of diversity! It's obviously okay as long as it's not at the upper levels ... BTW, the earnings results come out on the 18th.
