Pune is infested with well educated and intellectual goondas, who control who gets hired and who gets fired in Pune IT companies. They control who does real work and who gets final credit.

in performance appraisal (the one who accomplished never gets credit)

Intellectual goons are more dangerous then regular ones as they try and ruin a person entire career .their talk is polished and assertive and well informed and use rhetoric and have lot of influence

These nasty practices started in Techma-heen-dra in 2009 (employee LAN ID is locked out and offical email blocked and then person ID taken and forced to sign on blank papers and asked to collect relieving letter after 2 months). From back end all sorts nasty mails generated from his mail ID and resignations generated and even false records of absconding created.

A legal group of MnnM group and HR head at techm (who came from HCL tech) then evolved this heinous method as that company after satyam takeover to fire telugu employees on large scale.

these practices have since spread to other big companies in pune(and then to other location like bangalore) by tecma-heen-dra alumni HR and RMG groups many of them holding positions of assocaite director / operations RMG HR etc.

If u see nasty culture starting in your company tke a closer look and u will see and ex tec ma heen dra spreading the poison.

Strange that nobody is taking this with the HR staff. After all they are mostly MBA students .. is this what they learnt in MBA study ? What type of humans does HR dept recruit to perpetuate these types of gundaism.
