They find out what is pissing people off and doing even more of if. Walmart has been destroyed by greedy management. Nothing ever changes for the better. . Nothing

I took survey today and there were no questions ethnics, how long you have worked there, or age group.
To the poster saying you don't feel they should ask about ethnicity - how else are they supposed to determine where there is a problem? If no one stands up and says it, "I'm treated differently and here's why", nothing will be done about it.
If AES isn't a bloodbath this year, I will be shocked. The natives are restless at HO.
Interesting that HR is having their first ever "appreciation day" by the CHRO during that time period.
i have a very small team, 5 individuals. i am the only coloured person in my team and get treated very differently by my manager. i was very honest with my feedback, however there was a question regarding your ethnicity - i don't think they should ask this question. i did not select anything for this question. i am also going to log a complaint on our ethics hotline.
