Have been hearing news about WFR freeze for the next 2 months on the Americas Healthcare group ,anybody has heard about it.

Many of these companies have open enrollment periods coming up. Outages would be very damaging.
Yes. 90 day push out. Huge full year WFR numbers were pushed down to the healthcare accounts. Which would cripple the business. Accounts negotiated smaller WFR numbers and those are now tabled for 90 days for further evaluation. The WFR's are causing revenue loss in the healthcare sector. Directly billable positions are expected to be moved to low cost locations. The attrition, on boarding and training are causing revenue loss. Not to mention the resource knowledge and quality in the low cost centers is not strong equaling less billable hours/rev.
Does it matter? Prolonging the pain. The company is rotten to the core with no cure.
