All PHC's and referral specialist will be laid off as of tomorrow. Humana is moving to an all clinical staff.

If everyone's roster is full then don't worry about it. If your roster is not full and we are not getting new members something is going to happen.
Previous poster said the layoffs would happen tomorrow, not next week. I'm not falling for it.
I hope it is not true, but I'd wait until the week is over before you start calling names and throwing stones. Nothing Humana does makes sense to us. It's all about the matrix of numbers behind the scene that we aren't allowed to see...
It's sad that this site has turned into a place where liars are trying to get a rise from people. Hopefully it's from someone that was already let go. I don't think the entire PHC staff will be dismissed... makes no sense.
You would think they would hold off on merging into Live Healthy if everyone was going to get paid off. Costly and repetitive to train is then replace us in 2 months. And who is LH that we are meeting with? If your manager told your whole team, I would imagine others would back up your info here. And we call them coaches not managers

Yesterday's meeting was a training (in that we went over the at risk procedures we will be adopting in Live Healthy).
I know cuts are always possible, but getting rid of all PHC's makes no sense with the merging of hccp and sh being this week's focus.
Why would they get rid of all referral specialists? They don't need to be clinical. Who the back is LH?
Was it a meeting or a training yesterday for LH (Live Healthy)? We have changes scheduled to go live 7/31 so cuts are still possible this week. Fingers crossed that's not the case.
I call BS. We literally had a meeting yesterday (SH) on preparing for Live Healthy. They aren't going to train us and then unload us. Why are you posting this nonsense?
This isnt happening, not sure why someone would get on here and cause issues... My guess is someone whos been layed off already and is mad that those of us that werent are still here...

My manager just informed our team. Meeting with LH is scheduled for 12:30 tomorrow. Not posting a rumor.
