I have gone through layoffs before and sometimes management doesn't even know what's going on. They won't tell you either and most certainly HR will not spill the beans. Frankly,it's nerve racking. After the last round, I decided to leave on my own accord. You've got to roll with it and do what's right for you. The company I worked for years ago who had layoffs laid off whole departments. Letting some people who had worked for decades for the company go. I wish all the best of luck and keep heads high.

Soooo it's 1240 on Friday ... no announcement and no layoffs. What's going on. Is there someone who can say they have factual information? Who are you and where are you getting this from? Is this coming from someone in HR or a coach? Can anyone say the coaches actually had a meeting on Thursday?

None of this has been right so far this week... I doubt this would happen on a Friday afternoon... maybe the "big announcement" but not the layoff itself. Anyone? Coaches? HR personnel?

Thank you for sharing. 97000 amounts to the rosters of roughly 150 PHC's. However there are at least 500 of us in hccp and sh-- doesn't seem to add up, unless enrollment is never resuming, then yes, eventually, over time, it works out mathematically.

I guess I shouldn't overthink this at this point. The writing is on the wall regardless.

It seems as though telephonic roles and those who support telephonic will be phased out with the new 2.0. Graduating nearly 100,000 members, enrollments halted and RSs who do the enrollments are being chopped. The writing is on the wall. The once prized gem for HAH is being cast aside like we suddenly turned from a diamond to a cubic zirconia.

If they graduate a large number of members then soon HCM RN's will go also. We only have full rosters because so many people have quit. We have a large number of members cycling through the UTC process and after we lose those members we will be vulnerable. I think they will keep some of us around until open enrollment ends. If there is not a large increase in enrollment we are gone.

The email will be all rah rah rah! What an exciting opportunity this is for HAH, so we no longer need you unless you are a nurse. Don't let the door hit you on your way out, and remember you better exceed metrics for the next 2 months or no severance pay! Its all about the members, who cares if you cant feed your kids or pay your mortgage! Rah rah rah!

Thank you so much for having the courage and courtesy to tell us what's going on. If only senior management had a small portion of your integrity! Someone informed us during the last round, which helped me mentally prepare. I was not as devastated as some of my co-workers were.

95% of PHCs losing their jobs will mean all the CHEs supporting them will lose their jobs too. My team was ripped to shreds last time! I think there were almost a dozen of us cut just from my team. Not many left at this point. My heart goes out to those still waiting!

Does anyone know how they choose the last men standing? I would imagine they will be the PHC and CHE super achievers. It is not easy once you are let go but a relief that you are not waiting for that confidential email every day.

Will the email give actual information or just talk about what an exciting time this is that our members are well enough they no longer need us and we can learn new skills, etc?? Can you say your role without identifying yourself?

I'll give you a few details. We were told today that 97,000 members are being "graduated". Your coaches had a call this afternoon that informed them. They're likely just as upset b/c most of them will be laid off as well. An email will be sent out tomorrow from WF with the information and where HAH is headed. It's sad but true that 95% or more of PHC's will be gone. We were not given an exact date, but I can promise you this is happening.

I believe the wording they used was there were no more "Planned" cuts for 2017. I'm sure they knew they were coming, but had to do some rearranging to see who it would be and when, so they weren't technically "planned" at the time of that meeting. Semantics. SMH.

Why the heck did they not just rip the bandaid off back in April? Why keep us? Why tell us no more lay-offs for 2017? How can upper management sleep at night?

We are supposed to be a company focused on health, yet they cause undue stress for us while we wait for the other shoe to drop. If anyone is left standing after this cut, do they have to fear what January will bring? Will anyone be left? What happened to HAH being a huge money maker?

I heard they are completely eliminating certain roles. Anyone else hear that?

We talked about that email in our team chat but with everyone so fearful. They were skating around the real issue that some roles will be realigned or simply no longer needed per BB. Saying things let's keep the members first. I'm thinking I have children to feed and bills to pay, therefore, I'm concerned about this email.

I think my coach know something and just isn't saying anything. I do believe there will be big announcement tomorrow. I just pray it's not a loss of jobs. Again the email from BB last month talking opportunities of a life time stated jobs will be loss, go back and read the email people.

I don't see anyone blaming a coach, just talking about asking their coaches for info. We all know coaches don't make the cuts.

If many people here are cynical, it may have something to do with the post saying something was going to happen today, raising the alarm, and nothing happened. Everyone is trying to wrap their heads around all that has happened this year and all that is to come.

Some form of communication going out tomorrow and please stop blaming coaches and managers etc. They have NOTHING to do with what will officially take place in August.

If posters are being vague its bc senior VPs ( president, VPs,HR) is being vague.

Read between the lines and pls stop demanding specifics when there's only been vague information being shared.

Your coaches are doing the best they can do without getting fired.

Remember Aug is impacting not only dept roles but also your very own leadership. God bless those that have been impacted already and to those who showed courage sharing information on this site.

I believe to an extent what the poster is saying.... Have any of u went and looked at live heathy info on share point? A small number of phcs are going to be needed for that program, cba scores have changed, members can graduate out after like 5 calls, nurses are involved and will have rosters. The phc program grew this large to be a selling point for the merger, the merger didnt happen, the program is not a required service but a benefit....it cost money to have this program.... Not a money maker....in home is what the focus is cause thats were the money is

I think we all believe the layoffs are coming but did not expect them to be that massive. Why are they talking about training for Live Healthy if they are just canning everyone? What a colossal waste of everyone's time! Does that include HCMss, RSs and CHEs? Will they completely eliminate RS and CHE? I doubt they will eliminate SSs.

Right. I know the messaging doesn't come from coaches, but if they are no longer parroting "no more 2017 layoffs," that means they know something has changed. My coach is taking wellness time but I will ask her tomorrow if she's heard anything. It doesn't hurt to ask.

The " no more layoffs in 2017" was a blatant lie to keep us slaving away. They knew In April there would be more. My coach hinted to that in a meeting when we were told not to get comfortable. She sees the human side of this. Now they will tell us to keep slaving or they will fire us without severance. It doesn't come from our coaches but the higher ups in our division!

I have asked my coach and she only could say that she doesn't have any info she can share at this time. I got the distinct feeling that she does know more. I know she can't tell me anything without risking being fired herself but her tone of voice was all that I needed to hear to know that layoffs are coming. Just no idea how imminent they are.
