Does anyone have info about severance package? It looks like I dodged this bullet, but I'm sure my name will be called next time, so I would like to be prepared for that. Plus I'm sure there are still people here who aren't fully notified yet and would appreciate this info

Yeah i heard that we would get 60 day pay due to the WARN act since Molina didn't give 60 day notice. But for those that did not get cut the first wave, looks like we're screwed if they decide to cut us at the end of September. Molina has notified local government of the lay-offs, so by end of September, that will be sufficient notice and we will not get the 60 day pay, only severance. I heard severance will be 1 week of pay for every year worked
