The reviews on the website seem to all mention the layoffs. Do you think job hunters really look at websites like that though?
If that's true, Walmart's PR team needs to get on top of it. Lots of bad reviews that don't seem to be getting pushed to the bottom.
Glassdoor makes money by pushing negative reviews to the bottom. Most good companies have PR teams that maintain the corporate Glassdoor presence.
Do not take Glassdoor reviews seriously.
Some of the reviews on there are pretty scathing.
Definitely post a review on Glassdoor! People should always look at Glassdoor, this site and do their own research about any company they are considering working for. There are many toxic organizations out there that should be avoided, Walmart isn't the only one.
