Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Irving, TX -Member Services

Member Services cuts are to take effect today, the MO thus far has been a meeting for 10 minutes and then you are to pick up and leave with zero reasoning in why you were chosen versus someone else. Leadership Clueless until 5 minute before the meeting. Basically it's an organized Molina inside job where only the CFO and Interim CEO know what is occuring and Management wants employees to stick their head jn the sand until they must face the axe. Management should recognize productivity was killed when an email was sent on a monday afternoon predicting layoffs imbeded an obscure communication.

Oh wow I'm sorry to hear that. After 10 years of service and you receive a phone call!! What department and contact center you work at?

Rumor that lead line is going to be eliminated and call center will revert to how it was before, your supervisor and mostly "USE YOUR RESOURCES" being screamed at you

How did people know they had a 10 minute meeting? Was everyone called into a conference room and then let go?

Everyone at Molina should be lining up their resume and interviews and jumping to other large companies soon. Funny that the Healthcare bill was killed last night but now Molina is in a DEATH SPIRAL itself. Sad to see this great comoany be diminsied and soon sold like meat to some larger competitor. Like hell I'll give you my all at the end of days. I worked my a-- of and have nothing to show for it other than undue loyalty for a less than average pay range and a job hunt this fall. My trust in this company- so stupid.
