I know i wasnt the only one to be fired of very small stuff....how wide spread has it been over the past three months?

They need to be rid of Mr Perfect DC. He does not belong in management or near a aircraft. It's always been his way or the highway. Many have left because of his ignorance. DC why the hell do you want to give a mechanic on the floor time off or a write up every chance you can get??? Your a sack of potatoes...you have no back bone. AM4, JCG, Back Shop will go down because of you.
I was fired for time-card fraud, because I was on "the wrong schedule". It was my supervisor's fault, and when he took the fire from payroll/accounting he put me on his schist list. A few weeks later, I turned in a training roster and forgot to charge to training overhead charge number, and when it was discovered a couple days later I got fired. All we would have had to do was a simple labor transfer..... but nope.
Oct 2016 Smart Guy the reflection in the mirror looks great by the way it couldn't look better. Your mentality is a reflection of why L-3 is going to close it's doors so enjoy your last few day there with your chapped lips , sour throat, blistered knees, and abused rear end. You sir deserve what's coming if you're employed there

They fired me in Oct 2017 now at Lockheed Martin making a killing. They did me a favor
No, you wasn't the only one. They fired me about two months back and really didn't even give a reason. I know there are a lot of others too...
