A bunch of contractors in Cloud were let go also. Is this company-wide? These were not former IBMers that came back as contractors - seems like it is every contractor. No consideration of whether they were essential - 1st and 2nd line managers had no say.

Let go by who? Who is making these decisions and why aren't they starting at the top with Ginni?
For the love of God, look at IBM's stock, its been in a free fall and its not going to get better.
