How does the actual act of communicating that you've been laid off happen? Do they call you in a conference room? If yes, who is there?

Yes, an AS Architect who did nothing worth whileever is these day doing stuff meant for interns. All for a PRJ. Why would not he, being paid handsomely to wfh and to do poor quality work.. They laid off junior level folks in Bangalore . some senior level people who are doing time pass are always safe .
