I just read a post from someone who had been laid off at the last round. It was very positive and encouraging and they spoke about how it was the best thing that could've happened for them. I am trying to adopt this perspective. HAH has changed and evolved and is nothing as it purported to be. The only consistency that has remained has been their focus on the quantitative over the qualitative. Sadly I feel that working for Humana has not prepared me for any other job and has actually just dummied down the skill set that I possess. when I find most amusing is the reference to drinking the Kool-Aid that so many Humana personnel and trainers had when I began. Well put! The Kool Aid talk drove me nuts during training, haha.
