Really feel sad

Job is important to everyone somebody is happy bcz they didn't fired somebody is waiting for his turn.

I am in Sabre since 3 year and had seen several time this situation , I am feeling sorry for all my respected colleague that moving from Sabre today !!!

This situation will be really tough for you but if you want to do get better place then you need to move from your place .

This is not my word for sympathy point of view could be I will be the next but if company is not growing then we could not do anything and it's leaders decision so can't do anything but can do better then the current role and responsibilities.

Positive note for those that were laid off today. After working at Sabre, you can work anywhere! Sabre is a fast-paced unorganized company! The stress level on a scale from 1-10 at Sabre is a “10”. At Sabre every departments works in a silo and are insulated from other departments. What does this mean? “The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing?” There is no communication between departments which is why Sabre has had a lot setbacks and failures. At the end of day as always, their solution is to axe the worker bees.

It's life, sweetheart, take your severance and move on. Sabre doesn't give a sh.. about the talented and dedicated people that work here. Don't be sad they're firing people, be sad that these BS leaders are so incompetent that they don't know what they're letting go. New opportunities will arise. It ain't the end of the world.
