Do you guys think this will be a mass layoff or what? Feeling pretty sick over here waiting to know if I'm on the chopping block. If they were smart, they'd tell us asap since productivity will likely be hindered until we know for sure.

Severance payouts begin the first pay date after the termination date (not the same as the day you are notified, generally 60 days out. Example: Notified August 1st, Term date Sept. 30.) First severance check will be the day you would normally be paid after your term date. Any unused PTO is paid in with the first severance check. Hope that helps...
Does anyone know how long it takes before you are given severance payout?
I so appreciate hearing from everyone.... especially the PHC that was laid off. I appreciate you suggestions and most of all your empathy!!
Sorry to hear this, all- I was a PHC laid off last round...best thing to happen. I am stress-free after killing myself for 3+ years...I was a top producer and involved; it doesn't matter. I actually sort of hoped to be laid off after round 1, tho it was scary when it happened. It had become barbaric to try and keep up with people making 14 SS contacts a day...I had started looking for a new job. My manager and team-mates were shocked at the people chosen to be cut from my team. In hindsight, the time off and severance has allowed me to get my physical and mental health back. The transition assistance was very good, and my checks have been direct deposited. If you are impacted, please take a deep breath and know you have TIME, help, and better days coming. Don't forget to rack up and cash in your go365 points and use any help you get. And know that it's pretty likely you won't have to work long after you're notified- we got notice Thursday and were done by the following Friday. Take a day or 2 of PTO if you have it. PTO payout is on your 1st severance check and helps a lot if you have time accrued, but take it if you need to, it's worth it! Hang in there! My life is so much better.
😂
My fellow Americans,
In order to enhance the betterment of healthcare, we are repositioning our members to the "skip" program (errr...self-management) and, for the sake of a better healthcare system and the good of the team we are realigning your talented arses right out the door.
Signed,
Corporate America.
PS. Thank you for your hard work and dedication as we have been reorganizing your demise.
I don't know, maybe I'm a little suspicious.
Im sure they will do it in waves like theyve done before in order to not overwhelm HR and other departments. All signs point to the next week or two in order to allign with 2.0 rollout. Then probably more in oct once they have better insite to start of open enrollment and 2018 business factors
I'm a HCCP PHC
Live Healthy. It's a hot mess.
I heard 1/2 or more PHCs to be cut. Not sure how many RSs or CHEs. I would say it will be massive!
Same here. What dept are you guys in?
Same here. It is hard to make these calls with this weight on shoulders.
