Word is that at least two more director positions were laid off after the email stating that the first wave was completed was sent out.
I've been at another company where Boston consulting comapny came in... I had no idea my direct reports would be impacted until the day before I was told I needed to let all 4 go.
It's always CALM before STORM!!! I'm sure the storm is brewing!!!
Seems most comments occur only when Molina is actively laying off employees or during the fall out period to recap the events...
