Top heavy inefficient corporate depts appear as though they are being overlooked for layoffs yet this consulting company is supposed to review all depts and rec cuts? Sounds like corruption and protection at the highest level, the board of directors with the consulting company. Not fair to the honest, front line, hard worker who just got cut.

Get the facts straight. Executives and senior leaders were the majority layed off. Idiot.

you don't know what other departments do or what their workload consists of so you should not be passing judgement.
It is a combination of the LEAN team and the consulting company. As part of the Board of Directors, of course we will not cut one of our own. We deserved this position, unlike peasants like you.
