Probably FB 4 hrs, 2 hrs at the gym and 2 for lunch. Can never find them on IM, phone or email. Shame on them.

Such bad attitude. Is very much of the reason obvious is PIP for you. You have very much of bad attitude. Maybe look of the mirror to change. Positive outlook is important as much as quality work of the product.
HR is busy implementing Phony PIP's conspiring with Managers to get rid of employees. Pitiful!
HR in the past was amazing and did great things for all employees....now it is simply cost cutting and eliminating everything....kind of pathetic Leadership in HR these days

Of course they're busy. They have to figure out how to keep cutting our benefits and how little of raises they can give while keeping the carrot dangling. Takes a lot of work to screw over 30000 employees.
Sign me up if they can accomplish those things for me in the next 3 months...!!!
Hahahaha you should be one of those HR persons. Please list what they do besides giving away packages and meet for 15 for exit interview.
I've come to learn HR actually does ALOT and usually without any gratitude. Sure there are slackers in every group but this is not this case at QC HR.
