Our last quarter of 2017 is almost here. If things go like 2 year's ago, they will reposition the store templates by reducing the amount of parts pro's. Many are over paid as they stepped down, so above the price caps they changed. Full time employees can carry keys and open/close and make decisions. Cost a lot less by bringing in from outside as they will fall into the new price cap. That's my thoughts, nothing confirmed, but my DM did say he could see that happen. I personally feel the DR'S see this coming across the company for those who were throug it before

If they reduce anymore parts pros in my store we'll have drivers waiting on customers. Well that's what they want anyway. Losing all the CARQUEST business due to price hikes, lousy service due to cutting help and lack of parts. This management group don't even know how to spell commercial much less what it means!
