3rd Quarter Losses

I can here it now when they report 3rd quarter results which isn't going to be good because sales in our area are down. Every store our DM has in the red very deep. But rest assure Mr Potato Chip will use the weather again to explain losses.

How convenient.... with multiple hurricanes, the pop and chip up is already preparing the next weather report. Get some REAL parts people in place that the troops respect if you want to salvage this sinking ship.

Look at how far the stock has dropped this year and then tell me why anyone thinks the current management team could possibly do better. The stock will continue to decline and the management team that is currently in place has proven that they are only reactionary!

We now have the storms coming in so they will blame it on climate change.

Management won't look in the mirror, they are too pompous and only interested in what benefits them personally. I see no other reason the ship continues to sink over this long of a stretch.

How can stock go from the $170 range to $85 at one point and not have upper manager heads roll?? Instead they take away our cars and cell phones? Our results are going to be low again this quarter, what will they take away next? Are we making the bad decisions here in the field or is upper management responsible for our direction and failure?

I heard one of the salaries that advance paid for the GM in Michigan that came from Amazon. I hope it's not true because that would put him roughly $30,000 over the previous GM that I knew and had a lot more stores than the current DC services. It's no wonder we as a company continue to struggle with business decisions like this being made. It's ridiculous.

All the brick and mortar auto parts stores are down on sales, however Advance is much lower then the others because of its poor upper management. Advance should replace the slogan, the best part is our service with, the best part is our inability to prepare for continued stupidity. This company has shown time and time again just how bad it is managed, and by not having knowledgeable people in the right places ruins any chance for good profits and repeat customers. Unless Advance takes a look in a mirror, they will never see the real problem.
