Whoever sent that email out. Whatever the director since he/she so understand how to deal with the laid off. His/her position should then be eliminated to save others.
Right? I couldn't believe the insulting gall of that email!! Telling employees to stop b--ching about the Layoffs? You are the ones dragging the Layoffs on and on! Eff you. The incompetent fools that work here like the ounces who decided to send that sh-- our are the reasons why this company is failing anyway. Morons.
According to experts, we need to acknowledge our feelings and take stock of where we are as we go through the process. There may be sadness, anger, and resentment as we part ways with people we care about, and as new ways of conducting business are implemented.
It takes time to go through the psychological aspects of transitioning from what was, to what will be. At some point, we need to regroup and shift our thoughts away from negativity and resistance, to becoming curious and interested in the new direction Molina Healthcare will take. Through curiosity we can embrace the necessary changes for a new path forward with hope, and optimism, and work together as we strive for continued growth and success.
