-are those staffs work under dxc relocate or ask to leave ?

-how soon the cyberjaya east wing building closing down ? 2 weeks ?

-do we get our 13 month contractual bonus ?

-what about NOC staffs which are on at&t deal , are they moving out ?

there are signs they are going to close down the east wing (dxc building)

-big gun ..xxx singh from NOC leaving the company...staff are demoralized and no pay hike for years ...

-shell teams move out from dxc building to hpe building (west wing)

-manager said dxc will review the performance every quaters but looks like there is not any review/pay adjustment

account downsizing and jobs are moving to Philippines and india

-no new business

-cost factors

-when you work in night shift, very less people work at each floors

J** Singh is big shot, but he is not really that quality. He talk talk and talk only. that is his strength, You seriously think he is a key driver?

All the work and improvement in operation is done by S** Hee. Got Jes or not, doesn't matter.

But guess what, I heard he is re-joining soon.

Do not always think Big shot leaving is a negative thing. If Mike leave, it is positive, he is not capable.

If the center director leave, it won't impact anything, with him or without, the business still continue.

Leader that been appointed doesn't mean is the best. They can sit at the position probably they have a right hand man, or riding on someone else contribution. It happen a lot especially in Malaysia.

Who is most important master mind in ITO & Platform operation? Do you think JS is really important? Key contributor is not him. He just riding on some performer that just left.

Who is most important in Workplace? Do you think PG is really important? Important person is another guy.

Who is most important in Cloud? Do you think BL is important? Yes, probably.

How about security? Do you think M**** is important? Totally no.

How about the center? Do you think S* important? 100% no.

cyberjaya office is bad fengshui.

Death to dxc cyberjaya is imminent.

I know xxx singh, before he left, he told me, no center is not closing. People from CSC is relocating to cyberjaya. CSC pj office remain for sales team and data center. So job is still safe.

all NW projects are going to cyberjaya as far as i know

relocate to KL is safety, you must kidding

CSC PJ is the lousy cost center which need to be shutdown

Cyberjaya is not closing officially, but no new projects will be sent there. It will become more frustrating to support from a location which is not going to be given importance.

If possible relocate to a project in Kuala Lumpur for your own safety.
