Reorg should see some management duplication cleared up - probably mostly in favor of the guys in India who tell everyone that their teams are doing the jobs of everyone onshore. so they obviously are in the best place to identify the dead weight. all these expensive ppl in country who spend all day screwing up the quality docs produced by the India GDC gurus - people who don't understand how to copy paste efficiently from cisco.com product documents and call that a quality customer document. People who don't understand how to write customer configs by logging into a competitor, copy, paste, search, replace, and pray that the configs are right. those onshore people always asking for the formatting and spelling mistooks to be needfully done. good move.
Maybe they will get some of the useless training people inside services.
IBM have been taking cisco Services retreads Paula is over there applying her political wares over there. Good news is that there are plenty of large disfunctioal ready to take on deadwood from cisco
I hope the deadwood Directors/VP and SVP are the ones being kicked out.
Many attained and maintained their executive positions purely based on brown-nosing.
Anyone who did the heavy-lifting has a job , today, outside Cisco. All these "star" executives who have so far been kicked out, are twiddling their thumbs, waiting for some opportunity to con a company into hiring them as VP & GM !!
