Is the hiring freeze still on and if yes, do you guys have any plans for removing it?

Hiring freeze is off. But does not mean you can hire without a lot of justification. Also as company transforms new roles will be made available. Existing employees whose roles are being eliminated will have first priority. Issue is that may have to take a lower paying role.
Depends on the role. I think a lot of the more centralized services have been frozen but it's all based on how well the hiring manager makes their case. Check COS to see what's open.
