Lots of bold, in not necessarily accurate statements from Oracle management this week, but fortunately no major layoffs. Total stays at 7,150 for the fiscal year and 17,150 since 6/1/2016. Expectations of more layoffs to come in coming weeks. Be well all!

Well I can tell you about the JD Edwards side ...They are indeed looking for volunteers to walk the plank and join fusion ....These people may be headcount fodder to avoid further layoffs at JD Edwards ....A big shell game .... Or it could be a hail Mary pass to save a miserable failure like fusion by doing a joint project with a product (jde) that is established and has a lot of of loyal customers....Perhaps this is a last ditch effort to generate some kind of sales for this 10-year boondoggle....Difficult to read the angles here
Anyone knows about layoffs or any impending layoffs on the EBS Support side? Hearing some things about how some EBS support engineers are "volunteering" to Fusion to avoid being let go.
