Looks like collections is going to be outsourced! They are not going to be making the move to Bethpage. So just hold out a little longer for those VRP cause they are coming.

With open enrollment coming in Nov - Dec it seems unlikely that it would be in January. Why would the company payout benefits for employees he won't have in January. The number of employees for the year would need to be negotiated before January. It would make more sense if it happens before Nov. My opinion.

Stop with the union talk it's to late look at the track record in Europe and stock just like here sinking. Who wants to work or have service from them let vrp come asap see who's left just a skeleton crew.
You best organize now and save your job
If you want to keep your job unionize immediately if you want scraps wait and do nothing plain and simple
