Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

When I first went to work at walmart it was A good place to work,Not great but good.Over the years they have stole almost everything they ever give us.Like Sick leave,Can you believe that now I can only use it for a member of my family and not myself,And worse brain washed some of the weak minded Associates in to beveling it was a great deal.They Started Hiring Associates at 10.00 dollars a hour.And must have decided it was to much.Then they lowered it to 9.00 dollars,and now you have to complete the so called path ways to get the 10.00 it takes months to complete many get discourage and quit.Just another road block to take back a dollar.They also have to complete CBL's The entire process can take months after a few months if you don't complete it you are fired.Associates setting for hours doing these test.I wouldn't be surprised if some have cobwebs growing on them.They did give a extra dollar a hour for Sunday work it's also gone.Took our holiday pay and replace it with PTO Payed time off.It has to be approved by a manager,I have been turned down 2 times while other new associates have been approved.And while they are off there workload is put on us.And they had the balls to say it was a better deal.Another Brain wash.Our Stock 401k not good been down.I have lost lost a lot of mine.The store is full of new Associates some couldn't pour piss out of a boot with the instructions on the heal.And New managers on big power trips.Some have taken on the glassy eyed look of a messiah,drunk on power.Customers Stealing Theft,And accidents taken out of MyShare AKA bonus.The last one we got was less than 5 bucks.I'm not sure haven't researched it but they did give us life insurance at one time equal to your years meager yearly pay.But then they also insured associates for thousands beyond that to collect themselves when your Dead.They are not A good employer And the revolving door of new hires in the front and exit of them quitting does the talking.There a lot of Old and new associates going to work at target and Amazon.Someday PayDay for the big box green block store slave master, as other retailers like Amazon and Target and others take there business and Employees.Well I have said enough for now.As I have spoke my mind.I feel cheated
