Seems like these meeting are scheduled then cancelled constantly. Feels like they can not even make time for us. They rarely reschedule either. So very frustrating to remain in the dark yet again.

And now MF cancelled skip level meeting next week for those who were under Ts as a director. Ts was not replaced and MF was "taking" over the meetings, or so we were told. MF was supposed to do those meeting for us to keep us informed and has cancelled every single one.
To the rude a-- poster calling us whiny brats: I am the original poster. This meeting being cancelled is not just a one time thing. I counted and have have had 7 meeting cancelled from director level up in the last 6 months. It is consistently being unable to find time to let people know what is going on. Seems that upper management never has the time for anyone. One time is no big deal- repeated cancellations are an issue. It gets ridiculous to constantly plan meetings and have them cancelled the same day. Not paranoid at all just shows a lot about how they operate. I enjoy this job at humana - never hated it and never will. I am blessed with a great coach and awesome team. I work hard and I am honest with coach about my concerns with cancelled meetings. Glad YOU left but then why are you trolling a site dedicated to humana layoffs.? You said you found a new job so you don't have to worry about it anyway.Quit trolling and Move on with your life. Either that or you are just an effing liar and still work at Humana but get off on being an a**hat to others.

Even though it sounds like your main concern is lack of communication, which is actually a valid concern - especially this year, I also see below poster’s point that you must be a person who tells your coach you love your job and Humana. Even though there was a nothing in your post that indicates that, I’m going to bet on the angry teenager’s random assumptions about strangers.
Omg seriously? Stop being so parinoid about your boss cancelling your meeting! I have to cancel and reschedule meetings all the time. This week specifically because teams are being shifted and processes have changed with managing our members. We are losing thousands of members on a weekly basis and you are so stuck in your bubble - you can’t think outside of your paranoia, that maybe your coach was told to cancel your meeting due to another sh*** change.
Your coaches and managers are just as stressed and tired as you. Yes, this post infuriates me bc we ALLLLLLLLLLLL are in the same boat.

How could she be signed off and in a meeting? Was it a meeting on site? Does this mean we'll have news tomorrow? Cuts do seem to happen on Thursdays. Waiting to hear is the worst.

Funny that she cancelled meeting due to a “meeting that came up and couldn’t get out of it,” and when I looked at 3pm cst, she was signed off for the day. It’s disrespectful, especially knowing that we all are worried and know somethings going on!
Today would have been a good day for meetings. CGX was horrible!
