I read somewhere that better employee incentives (i guess pay?) is having immediate impact on turnover in the store decreasing it by 1/3? Whole top new mgmt is supposed to be changing culture by increasing incetives and "empowering" employees. Is it all bs? Anyone think they are already on borrowed time?
Any independently run CQ employees here? Are you happy? Wondering if you are treated better. I dream that e Worldpac is the best of three. I feel at owned CQ there is no difference to AAP experience and it has gotten worse. Lastly, you guys think product availability is an a growing or improving problem to meet customer orders?
Seems like a sh-- storm that is getting worse....
