If you think about things in a rational way (not many people can do that - look at the latest election results), all business problems may lead to job cuts and reductions in Hamilton.

If you can't report after 6 months that you are unemployed, it shows great numbers for the politicians that the unemployment rate is at an all time low. How many are still unemployed after corporations "layoff" and "retire" mass amounts of employees? No one will ever know b/c it can't be reported.
Why haven't they documented all the 2017 layoffs from the Akron and Dallas offices of Signet/Sterling Jewelers?
