Discrimination played a big part in the reduction in force. This company really only cares about the volume one can sell. Not a place for a young person to start a career.

They laid off thousands of loyal employees, who all happened to be over the age of 40. Hmmmm, ya think we have grounds to start a class action lawsuit for age discrimination? Game on!!

If you think about things in a rational way (not many people can do that - look at the latest election results), all business problems may lead to job cuts and reductions in Hamilton.
