AstraZeneca has subpar managers who don't know how to develop people, a dried up pipeline, and a ghost town headquarters that looks like a scene from the walking dead!
They're opening up for diversity and reducing costs by replacing with Indians! Just like all other corporations responding to Obama era complacency and poor or anti business oriented customs, what else is new?
This is by far the worst company I've ever worked at, and I have about 20 years of experience. AstraZeneca's management is so crazy disorganized and some people have no idea what they are doing - period....
If you need to talk to HR you will hit a stonewall - this is true - it's bad, it's so bad it'll kill the company.. HR does not care about grunts and in fact encourage people to leave.
They think people should be lined up to join the co - but in fact many competitors are much better. ALso, just look at the pipeline of drugs - it's dry - as some of the drugs they were counting on have not panned out the way they wanted. They know how to spin stories and that's pretty much it for now...
