Seaworld Orlando entertainment had massive layoffs today - some very experienced and kind folks were let go. Such a loss for the organization - a lot of knowledge was lost today. Operations were hit bad. Also, both Culinary and Horticulture were impacted quite a bit.
The question now is when the next cut will be coming as I am not seeing any strategic change in the works, the execs are not clear on the direction and what we plan to do to improve this constant slide.
