URM in Intel is a joke, Indian females are abusing this the most, but the whole joke does not stop there.
I'd give example to break this, why for example Indian females or any other URM for basketball does not complain to want to apply there and same applies to all other jobs as this fascism of forcefully imposing normal distribution against natural order (usually Gaussian or similar) is criminally wrong.
Indian females (from India) are NOT URMs. Technical females maybe, but not URM classification. Not sure why people don't understand that...
Under Represented Minorities, although at Intel most of the hiring has been Indian females probably friends or family of those hiring.
What is urm?
I heard from some colleagues they are encouraging their wives to apply at SC campus under the URM program.
