LTIH will be impacted heavily

HCM CMs may be heavily impacted, if they go from 60 teams to 30 teams

I work for a different company now-but I have never worked in a job that was so top heavy on management as Humana. The micromanagement was so excessive that it was totally disruptive to work flow. I am sorry for every one facing uncertainty, but if they reduced management that could only help.

I guess we will find out soon enough. The supervisor to direct report ratio is smaller at Humana than at any other place I’ve ever worked, so your suggestion makes sense, but who knows.

Is it possible that they are going to less teams by increasing the number of direct reports for the leaders? They have done this in other areas. You reduce the number of coaches or leaders by condensing more ftes under each supervisory level. If people have less than 12 to 14, that isn't meeting the new standards
