yeah, some upper people work hard, but only because they are demanding pointless metrics from the lower and are busy chasing those non-existent numbers. This is the worst-run clown show I've ever seen. We're worse than the government (and that is seriously embarrassing). I should know, I used to work for the IRS!

Believe it or not some upper ppl

Work hard. My friend is a Aero VP and has no time for anything; unhappy like the rest of y’all and travels a lot. Very messed up bc of the job. He would be better off if they let him go

For Advansix some people were forced to go to the spin off. Others were allowed to apply and interview to go. But. With something this large some of CORP will be forced out. Probably at least as large of a percentage that is being spun off. So approximately 30,000 people going to the spinoffs. So probably 15-20% of Corp to be cut???

Yup, mergers and acquisitions will have redundancy in jobs resulting in layoffs. Spinoffs, no.

Why would there be redundancy? This is not a merger.
