Of course we are asked to train Indian resources.

It's been going on in GTS for years. It's much cheaper for IBM plain and simple.

From what I was told, any account that will not be moving to IBM's cloud will either be sent to India or dumped by IBM. Makes sense, legacy support is a drain and cloud is king.
