WoW...10-20% would be between 18,000 and 36,000 people. That seems pretty excessive. No way HR can handle those kind of numbers.
5-8% sounds low to me, with the dealing with change videos and talk of waste removal 10-20% sounds more likely
they are coming, rumors in the hallways indicate it will be 5%-8% of general office along with serious belt tightening
