2007/08 immelt reduced the number of e and spb bands but since thing the company was a startup increased them again
Including Flannery we see 4 levels of officers left and right. Then bunch of SEB and layers of EB below. This is common for a head heavy company. Actual works done by 8+ layers people.
Yes. Power needs officers reporting to other officers. How else can they earn their $850k + stock options?
