The Level3 management from the CEO down to local managers will take over CenturyLink . many changes will be made. Both companies have a long history of layoffs to please wallstreet. The overlap in departments will be eliminated . Fancy words will be used and business speak will be applied. The top officers will do what it takes to achieve a Golden parachute and then jump . Shareholder value will be the focus. All employees should be ready to give 120 % to impress your supervisor and save as much as you can before your number comes up on the " reduction in force " list.
