CEO’s strategies and actions are approved by a Board. Help us understand how the DXC Board is not being held accountable for thepast year.
Mikey will be gone when he actually leaves DXC and not after the announced retirement to Palm Beach.
Glad he is gone now! However the culture of DXC not fit for business! in UK they even asked sales people to plan their domestic travel to meet customers atleast 14 days in advance if they want to be reimbursed for that travel expense! Have not come across any company in my 30 years of experience which asked front end sales people not to travel for customer meetings! I think DXC will die sooner than any one expects!

It was announced today the Mike Lawrie was "retiring" immediately. Some folks think that gutting the company while pumping up your salary is just not gonna make the stockholder happy.
terrible management all for a quick buck. Who in their right mind is letting him run along this path of destruction and seeing how it is detrimental to business and long term bottom lines?
We will all be gone before he leaves. What don’t you understand about how this works?
With each passing day, we rue the day we joined this wretched company. The world’s worst ceo and most corrupt management and hr practices. Some day, the inept board will do its job and bring in someone who is a true institution builder!

After 15 years on the account I took VR, reason being is that Mr L has destroyed what was an amazing company (CSC). Over the last 5 years I have seen a lot of highly skilled and dedicated people pushed out to be replaced by low cost trainees who cannot possibly deliver the service required by Bae. Constant cost cuts, no pay rises , no bonuses. All kept for the fat cats. Spend your money quickly Mr L because you are on the list.
Even if Mike leaves, what if we get another CEO in that is just as greedy? Still, nothing will change :(.

The board members are on the website. They likely have internal email addresses. Let’s write them and explain how the ceo and his HR lady are destroying the business everyday day. Exits coming are huge. 1-2 quarters from now, this company will not exit. They walk away richer than they have ever been. Too bad there aren’t tribunals for egocentric, reckless leaders like these two. It is unbelievable. I am out of here in 4 weeks and counting.
After the quarterly financials are announced then more pressure on ML to leave unless the dodgy financial practices make bad look good.
The entire employee population of DXC would ROAR with happiness. Worst executive for customers and employees by FAR. Very hard to see why clients will renew anything with us given his destruction. Sad how 2 once proud and client centric org's find themselves where we are today. Shameful for him.

He will not step down. Fox watching the hen house. The most unethical and dishonest CEO around. The only thing you can count on is he genuinely does not care about his employees and people in general. For those employees still hanging on... leave ASAP. You can do so much better.
Time to put Mikey on the WFR list for poor performance. However his HR GF would remove him in an instant. Better still - put Mason on the WFR list and see who complains.

Took over in Baton Rouge company s---s low pay no benefits unlimited vacations that manager say they can’t give per DXC instructions.
He isn’t leaving. There’s people to be fired, bonuses to be made....
I’m still waiting while he is still there raking in the bonuses from his layoffs ...

Couple of entries I read something like American jobs being taken and replaced by cheap indian labor... dude... the indian SIDE OF DXC is as much affected as theAmerican and British side. In case you didn't know, headcount for headcount, DXC in India has laid off as many number of people in last 14 months. This is not an America vs UK vs India story, its Mike's greed vs a balanced growth story.

If he was really stepping down AND selling his dxc shares I‘d take that as a sighn the destruction is complete, all value from this enterprise extracted. Moving on to the next one.

Mike Lawrie - did you realize your decision to lay off so many hard working and dedicated employees during the Christmas time has caused a lot of family with broken heart - I am one of those broken heart. Did you realize when my kids come to me this year and ask me this "Dad - what do you get us for Christmas?". Did you know I almost cry when I told my kids "Kids - your Dad is just get laid off from DXC after more than 15 years of hard working." Kids ask me "Dad - you work day and night and even on the weekend - how could they let you go." All I can tell my kids "Kids - Mike Lawrie (Dad's boss) does not care. He is only care for his own rich pocket book." I am just one of many thousand people that you let go. You don't think a little further what will happen to their family - how they should survive when their father or mother are the main income source for the family. You took away the kids dream. You bring in those cheap labor from Indian and have hurt so many American's family in their own soil. I hope President Trump is reading these comments from the affected people like us and will help others from being laid off like us. I hope he can stop the job flow into US from oversea.
