Atlast I am leaving Avaya. I am very happy. In Pune I was working with the worst management and so called leadership team. Seriously, change the leadership at Pune if Avaya needs to increase the productivity of engineers. The best ones have already left because of politically influential management practices. The remaining good ones are also leaving. All the best Avaya.

Lot of new hires in Pune. Management is glad to have them because now they got someone who would listen to their non sense and work on never ending projects. This will actually help managers to survive more in the company.
No focus on retaining the talent.
Absolutely. Second your thoughts. Worst management team especially in Pune location and services. Only political games going on and victimizing people. These people should be identified and fired at the earliest opportunity and management revamped for the companies betterment.
