Re-org at the top of the B2B division last week took out 3 people including 2 executive level people.

How's that new vp of customer experience doing? The one who stole TDC's job? Now SHE was a hard worker. Would reset your whole store herself. No one now died anything remotely that strenuous.
Keep in mind what RG says in all his soporific announcements: these changes will help the (doomed to fail) business.
