We just had roughly 67 jobs redlined this week. Was wondering if other plants are having layoffs too?

KRAFT HAS BECOME A TOXIC PLACE TO WORK! JUST HANGING ON TIL SOMETHING ELSE COMES ALONG!
Unions do more than most people think. I have worked in union plants and non - union plants. I would recommend union any day of the week.
union won't do anything... they can't protect your job if it's deemed unnecessary and obsolete.
As a 22 year old this is the best paying job I have had but listening to people with years of seniority they have lost so much in the last 2 years I started as a temp when the merge first happened. My understanding is Kraft took enough care of employees to keep the union out but from a young employees perspective would it be a good time for the union to intervene?
The Brazilians in management don't care about the employees. You are part of ZBB now baby, Zippy Brazilian Boys who don't care about you. It is a shame, Kraft was a great company with more women than men in senior management previously. Now, I doubt there is more than a token Brazilian women in the room.
Fort smith Plant has a meeting this week. So time will tell. I think we would have already been laying off if we didn't have so many quitting.
