Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

I left my old company and came to Intel got a 25%, but pretty low raises sunce, I led my old company they have raised two rounds of VC money and may have a exit soon. My old Colleauges is now SVP, she is Indian/PhD. Wants me back, but she wants me to take a lateral, but a ton of options. The work is more challenging and smarter ppl, tough call. I THINK IF they get acquired I can put my kids thru college and pay off home.
