YEI to Sunset on Nov. 1
After analyzing data and feedback from the pilot of the YouEarnedIt (YEI) tool, we have collectively decided to sunset YEI on Nov. 1, 2017 across all technology teams currently on the platform. You will be able to redeem outstanding points until COB Friday, Oct. 13. We’ve discontinued the “Buy Points to Reward” functionality.
While we are terminating this pilot, the need for a recognition platform and program at Walmart is still great. We will continue to partner with key stakeholders and teams across the company as we explore options for a comprehensive recognition tool that incorporates the many use cases throughout our business – well-being, volunteering/community involvement, performance rewards, milestone celebrations, etc.
