As the new company is currently working on transferring H-1B for me and they need last 2 paystubs, I am posting for wondering if someone here might know how to get that when being under WARN.
Any contact information regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Email them and they send it via US postal service. Takes a couple days. They also send them each additional paycheck as well.
They will likely not email you copies.
OP, did you get the paystub? Did they mail it to you or other?

I suggest you improve your English language and grammar skills before you apply for jobs. As a "legal American" you really should be able to write a three line paragraph without making multiple mistakes.
Could it be the OP was the last documentation person I was forced to work with?
I wrote documentation in English and then it was mangled by an Indian documentation "expert".

All I have to say is go back home and get a job. You are not wanted here. Company's are using you and your people to enhanced there profits as legal american's lose there jobs. And yes I do feel sorry for you. As for me, we are both in the same boat "out of work".
Send email to payroll_us@oracle.com and ask them to mail as many pay stub as possible. And also ask them to send you stubs for Sept and October. I did the same two weeks ago and I got 3 months of pay stubs plus on Saturday received one for September 15th.
If you need it urgently then tell them your needs and may be they can email you copies (I am not sure if they will be able to help you with this request or not but worth asking).
